1. Domestic Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipment processing time

Most online orders process and deliver within 1 to 3 business days, although please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed any earlier than the next business day. In the event of high order volumes or any delay to your order, Fx Health Ltd will contact you via email to advise on how your order processing time and delivery may be affected.
1.2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates (business days) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fx Health Ltd aims to dispatch items to meet the displayed delivery estimates; however, please note that any delays during transit are not the responsibility of Fx Health Ltd. Shipping time may vary depending on the carrier and complications arising from Covid-19. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery of your item. Delivery is available nationwide within the UK.
1.3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

When checking out, please specify a physical street address. Fx Health Ltd will not deliver orders to a P.O. Box.
1.4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Fx Health Ltd will contact you via email to confirm shipment of your order and provide a tracking number.
1.5. Customs, duties, and taxes

Fx Health Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
1.6. Damages

Fx Health Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order does not arrive, or you receive your order damaged, please contact Fx Health Ltd on partnership@fx-health.com to file a claim. Please send photographs of the product(s) in question to the above email address clearly showing the damaged product and / or packaging. Please also save all packaging materials before filing a claim. A full refund will be issued to you upon a successful claim being made. Alternatively, you can contact the carrier directly.
2. International Shipping Policy

Fx Health Ltd ships within the UK and Worldwide. Shipping charges for your order and estimated delivery time (business days) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fx Health Ltd aims to dispatch items to meet the displayed delivery estimates; however, please note that any delays during transit are not the responsibility of Fx Health Ltd. Shipping time may be variable depending on country of destination, carrier and complications arising from Covid-19. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your item.
3. Returns Policy

Refunds and exchanges may be given for unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt. In the interest of hygiene, we are not currently accepting returns of opened and / or used products to our depot. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability. If your original product is not available, we will exchange your item for another item of equal value. Open and used products may be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty. Any refund given will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Please note that original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
